pvNotepad PVs hosted by the ``ioc-cxi-cspadPV`` IOC:

``/reg/g/pcds/package/epics/3.14-dev/ioc/cxi/pvNotepad/ioc-cxi-cspadPV.cfg``

The instance of this must run in the CXI iocmanager.
